Today we learned how to play some new songs like ten guitars, He Honore and  some more maori songs. I'm getting better at changing chords now but I still need to master it.

Festival Of The Arts Day 3

Today we learned how to play the e chord. I feel very good about playing guitar, I still need to master changing chords in a middle of a song. I know how to play "Smoke In The Water" We learning how to play "In The Jungle" and "Ten Guitars".

Festival Of The Arts Day Two

Today we learned how to play "In The Jungle"  Which is D, G, D, A. I like playing guitar is really fun. Its really challenging to change chords in the middle of the song. I need to master changing chords and knowing how to play in the jungle. I'm off to good start and I will practise and learn how to play more songs.

Festival Of The Arts

Yesterday we started festival of the arts. I chose guitar for beginners for my first choice because I want to know how to play a few songs on a guitar. Yesterday we learned how to play the g chord, the d chord and the a chord. It's where you put your fingers on the strings on the neck of the guitar.  We also learned the parts of the guitar, there is the bridge that is what holds the strings, the body, the neck where do the chords and some more.
